$225.00 per month plus customer provides feed and hay.
Facility provides: feed twice daily, stall upkeep, blanket service, and will turn out to pasture if desired

Riding Instruction
Instructor’s available for on site lessons on your horse or ours:
Beginner through advanced
Safe School horses available for lessons
$125.00 per month consisting of one scheduled riding lesson per week to include horsemanship basics and other important equine knowledge
Available instructors are highly experienced in multiple areas of horsemanship and riding abilities:
Therapeutic Horseback riding
English and Western
Jumping
Balanced Seat Riding
Saddle Fitting
Equine Nutrition and Management
Pleasure and Judged Trail Riding
We are not a show barn. We enjoy horses as part of our families and want to share that joy with others. Please inquire about Riding Lessons as we would love to have you visit and meet our furry friends!

Horse Terms
hand : a way to measure a horse, a hand is 4 inches
aged horse : a horse known to be 9 or over colt : a male horse three and under
filly: a female horse three and under
foal: newborn horse till weaned
wean: separate a foal from it's dam
dam: the mother of a particular horse
sire: the father of a particular horse
Horse Equipment
bit lead: attachment to bit rings allowing the handler to lead a horse easily with a bit or used for lunging with a bit
bit: the metal mouthpiece of a bridle that the reins attach to
breast collar: a strap used to prevent the saddle from slipping back...it goes around a horse's chest and attaches to the front of the saddle (the d rings)
curb chain: a strap of chain place under the horse's chin and connected to the bit...applies pressure to the chin when reins are pulled back
driving/long lines: two lines that attach to the bit and used to guide the horse from behind
girth/cinch: a band of leather, fleece, cotton, or other material that goes around the horse's belly to secure the saddle
halter: an item used t control a horse...it is made of nylon, cotton, or leather and fits around the horse's head
